I went in looking for a Murano and had two cars to trade. One 2017 in excellent shape except for a small ding in the door, the other a 2003 and in not so great shape. I was originally looking at new but then decided to look at certified preowned. After they gave me an offer on the newer trade and I then brought in the older car for a trade appraisal and told my sales rep I’d like to look at preowned I never heard from him again and didn’t even receive a “we’re not interested” or any other type of reply to my follow up email.... read more

As much of a great experience I had working with Steve I’d have to say I would not Recommend or will be back for any future purchases. Yes Steve was great but the ability to call someone back is not there I’ve had to call numerous times about issues I’ve had and finally had to ask to talk to a supervisor and she was the only one to actually do something and that was after a month of no phone calls back. Now I’m a week in a half into another round of voicemails with no call back for a issue I’m having with the car I purchased... read more

I live about an hour away and they made everything so convenient and even brought the vehicle to me to test drive!
