This is a real family experience. The staff is not only knowledgeable they are super supportive, friendly and they remember you. they have discount days, events, and have just about everything you can imagine. There is no place like Cole Hardware! plus on your birthday you get one half your years in discount1 Wow. they are just great folks!
Thank you for being the best store in San Francisco, hands down. There is no other business that I can think of that does so much for our communities. The Karp family and the staffs of the various stores are treasure. I am a once and future shopper at the Mission Cole store, and will be donating to your community fund.
Please train your cashiers to say thank you to customers after a purchase is made. I frequent small neighborhood places such as your store, but will no longer do so if I'm simply handed my receipt as she yells, "NEXT!" to the customer behind me.
This is probably the last best little big deal in town!
