very disappointed in the service I recieved. went in to get a piece of pipe. should have been charged $3.17. ended up being charged $101. go back into the store, and they claim to have it refunded by end of day. 2 days later, no refund and now charged ANOTHER $215 because for some reason they thought 1 piece of PVC pipe should be $317. almost a week later and still no refund!! in the middle of a pandemic yet, just taking $300 out of my account for NO REASON. and wont even g… See more

Basically, this is NOT a hardware store. If you are a general contractor, I would suggest Center Hardware or Discount Builders. At least they have staff that can actually answer questions.
Cole Hardware, at their 345 9th St. location, has an amazing employee in James. Fantastically friendly and knowledgeable he patiently explained detailed information regarding paint selection to my daughter and I. He quickly and efficiently processed our order. Further, he had the kindness and consideration to wrap the paint can handles when he found out we had to walk carrying the paint. His level of service will make us return to this location. You have a winning employee with James! Kudos to him�
