This place ROCKS!!!! They are fast, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my Range Rover anywhere else for service.
Everyone from the Owners, Management, Sales and Service, have a customer first attitude. I enjoyed the entire experience and will return again.
Came here ready to buy a car the sales person show me one on their web site that I liked we negotiated the price for a week and agreed on a price ,before heading there to close the sales guy tell me that it was a mistake and it's not the car that I thought I'm getting he invite me back to try and figure something out but tries to sale me more expensive car,so very disappointed how can a company miss lead customers like that putting wrong pictures on their web site of supposably be the car your are getting and dismissed you b... read more
Dustin Goodwin at Cole European was extremely knowledgeable about the new Jaguar XE. Very impressive!
Everything went smoothly when I was paying them for my new car, but they've had my trade-in car for 45 days now, and still haven't been able to provide a written offer or inspection. Now I can't get an email back, I still own a car I don't want, but can't sell because it's not in my possession. My enthusiasm about this dealership is going downhill fast.
Incredibly nice people. I've purchased two Jaguars from Cole and enjoyed both the buying process and the ownership experience.
