I've used Coldies once before and they did good work. This time I called for a quote and it was quite a bit more their competitor Carasel trailers' quote. Coldies are very close to my home and Carasel are very far so I asked them to match (not beat Carasel's) price and the response I got from Georgia was a blunt "Nah mate we don't price match". Dealing with Kaylee and Georgia at the front desk is an extremely easy process. Went in with multiple questions, multiple times and having them price what we wanted multiple times and they never had an issue with it. The information provided while talking to them on what gear is best for our vehicle was top notch. You can tell they have a lot of experience and trust with the product they provide.
