I've rented from Coldwell Banker since 2012. I've been a stellar tenant. There has been many, many times I've told myself "never ever again". Because of my price range, I've stayed with them. If you are new to CWB, I would be very cautious believing in the Property Mgmt team that's left, with exception to Miranda. Miranda really tries to help you. They will take the first people who come along with the wallet big enough without screening the prospective tenant, or take family of 5, sure! move into a 700 sq ft apartment. Then... read more

I would advise everyone who is a new renter to stay away from this company. They are only trying to get your money. You are better off burning your money than spending it at coldwell banker. Rick is one of the worst property managers, seems like they’ll hire just about anyone who wants to take advantage of people (Rick is about as smart as a bag of bricks).
