An absolute recent HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE renting from Walla Walla CWB. They are not honest and they really do not care about any tenant inconvenience or discomfort you have. PM will lie and tell you she is doing things to help a noise situation but 3lb does nothing. They work with owner who do not upkeep the property, example is leaking floor bases, tree disease maintenance, leaky pipes, etc.
I've been using the property management group for a several years and they are by far the best property manager I've used to manage properties. If you have any real estate business in that area, I highly recommend them.
Had some complications with the app during lease signing, Abby was an amazing help. Very attentive and easy to work with, got things sorted for me in no time!
Joke of a company LETS KEEP IT REAL They will let you fill out an app for a place they ahead of time know you won’t get. They will string you along and give you hope ONLY to deny you based on a previous Apartment managers opinion on you.
