I have worked with CBTomlinson for many years I have been licensed since 1978 and Rich and I were friends with Bill and Bob Tomlinson and Chris Mooney they offered a friendly but professional atmosphere to work in They were always there to offer their help in any way or to celebrate a special occasion I feel CBT reputation is impeccable from start to finish on a sale or listing My number 1 first choice Marilyn Wilson assoc broker licensed in Idaho and Washington CBT Lewiston Idaho
Seems their agents, or "at least" some of them conjure up full price offers when you make an offer. All of a sudden there are "at least " one of more offers on the table, which is a lie at the outset because there either are offers or there aren't. Caught one of them in a lie and currently am getting the run around on an offer I've made. I have to work with them as they are the seller's agent for the home I'm trying to buy, but other than, I'd stay away from this place.
