Do not use this agency! Avoid at all cost. They found a tenant quickly, didn't do a reference check, were in a hurry to get paid the commission and now I have the tenant from hell. Of course, the real estate agent has "disappeared" and is not answer my emails nor is her manager. One word: Avoid!
