Bill and Lynne were very helpful throughout this process. As a first time homeowner I didn't really know what to expect or what I could afford. They gave me tips on how to find out the average utility bill and to take into consideration how many people were living there during the time frame. We got close on a couple of homes before we found the one, but once we did it was easy peasy. They had a home inspector to recommend. I was looking to move from Michigan to Keystone Heights and contacted lynne..We kept in contact and then when I was coming to Florida in October I called her and told here when I was coming...She lined up some houses to look at, after I told her what I was looking for and when I got here, the next day we went looking at houses. Wonderful experience! We had some issues along the way with painting the house for FHA, and Eric could not have been more helpful through the entire process.

Bill and Lynne have been fantastic to work with. I have worked with them for just over 2 months. I was really picky in what I was looking for but they were able to listen to me and help me find exactly what I was looking for. I would gladly recommend them to any one looking to buy or sell a house.

Bill and Lynne were wonderful in helping my wife and I find our first home . She always answered the phone and returned my text and emails quickly. Bill and Lynn are the consummate professionals. Honest, personable, patient, sincere, and knowledgable of the local market place (Gator alums...doesn't get better n that!). When I first looked around for an agent and said I was an investor from out of state, I had a number of the agents hang up on me. Bill and Lynn couldn't have been more helpful and generous with their time and we now not only have a great business relationship, but I consider them to be friends.

Bill & Lynne are by far the greatest business duo you could ask for! Right from the start their professionalism is apparent. We found they, together or individually, always had our best interests at hand, and dealt with issues as they arose.
