I could not have asked for more personalized, caring service. Wonderful experience...my house closed in just 28 days. Bill and Lynne were very helpful throughout this process. As a first time homeowner I didn't really know what to expect or what I could afford. They gave me tips on how to find out the average utility bill and to take into consideration how many people were living there during the time frame. We got close on a couple of homes before we found the one, but once we did it was easy peasy. They had a home inspector to recommend. I was looking to move from Michigan to Keystone Heights and contacted lynne..We kept in contact and then when I was coming to Florida in October I called her and told here when I was coming...She lined up some houses to look at, after I told her what I was looking for and when I got here, the next day we went looking at houses. Bill and Lynn are the consummate professionals. Honest, personable, patient, sincere, and knowledgable of the local market place (Gator alums...doesn't get better n that!). When I first looked around for an agent and said I was an investor from out of state, I had a number of the agents hang up on me. Bill and Lynn couldn't have been more helpful and generous with their time and we now not only have a great business relationship, but I consider them to be friends.
