Lynne and Bill helped us find the perfect home for our family! We never felt pressured to purchase a specific house based on how much commission they would make. We really felt like they just wanted the best for us. We often had our three small children in tow, and they were very accommodating with nap schedules and just the chaos that comes with children ?? We would recommend using them wholeheartedly!
Lynne is accessible and returns messages quickly, but there wasn't much value added to having her as part of my home search. It was primarily up to me to do all the research and search listings to find houses meeting my criteria. Her main contribution was setting up the showings after I told her what I wanted to see. Bill and Lynne Saunders were absolutely with no doubt the ones to sell our home. Both were great and their experience showed. We have two more homes to sell and we would not use anyone else!. I gladly tell everyone about them and would recommend them to anyone planning to sell their home or property.
Bill and Lynne were absolutely wonderful realtors. My husband and I purchased our first home through them, and they were fantastic every step of the process. As you can imagine, first time home-buying can be a little overwhelming, but Bill and Lynne were so good at walking through each step and helping us in every moment.

Our pre approval was for $40,000. Apparently not enough for them to want us as clients. When we asked them to be our buying agent and find us homes in that price range they told us no, but good luck. So apparently you must be spending a lot of money for them to work with you
