My wife and I have done several transactions with Julie as our agent dating back to 2008. Most recently Julie helped us purchase a home and sold our townhouse. We leaned heavily on Julie's experience and knowledge to help guide us through our most recent sale. Her responsiveness and availability was truly appreciated (even when she was on a family vacation). Even on short notice Julie always delivered. She is efficient and gets things done quickly. I highly recommend Carrie Foster for your real estate needs. Carrie helped my husband and I purchase our first home in May 2019. She was so helpful pointing out certain aspects of each home she showed us. She was quick to answer all our many questions and she comes with a bonus, her husband Sam. Julie is high-performing local professional. She knows the market, is realistic, is very responsive, and does not waste your time. As an out of town buyer, Jennifer was critical to a successful buying process. We had a few bumps along the road which were out of everyone's control and she helped us navigate the process with perfection. We were able to close on time. Even though we were over 100 miles away, we were able to communicate greatly throughout the process (thanks to conference calls). I would definitely work with Jennifer again and recommend others to do the same.

Carrie Foster is an outstanding realtor and logistics coordinator. Not only did Carrie handle my first home purchase in Oklahoma (2012), but she also coordinated all closing procedures on that same property while I was in Maryland, moving into my new house(2019). I couldn't have accomplished what I did 1,300 miles away without Carrie Foster's great skills and professionalism.

Jeanna did and expert job helping us through the home buying process. After looking at many houses, she found just the right home for us. She led us through the price negotiation and we were able to buy within an affordable range. She answered all phone calls and kept us informed every step of the way. Once we moved in, we had plumbing issues the first day. I called her for advice, she sent her "handyman" and he fixed everything. When I asked how much we owed, he told us Jeana was taking care of it! Thank you Jeana!
