Realtors, the company joined the franchise in February of 2004. We have continued to grow and build our business on the fundamentals of small town values. In 2009, Coldwell Banker Professional Associates relocated to our new office, located at 5 Kiefner Street, on the corner of Kiefner and Saint Joseph.

Kelly was fantastic!! She helped us with selling our house and she gave us her input on questions that we had. Kelly was very easy to talk to and she went above and beyond to help us sell our house. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Jennifer met with me and looked at the property. She helped me with the asking price, two days after it was listed we had four offers to chose from .we excepted the best offer and it sold within two days of our closing date. I found Jennifer to be very professional and very helpful

We contacted Kelly to sell our home. She was very responsive to any inquiry I had, no matter how small or if I had asked it before and needed a reminder. She was also open with suggestions of what we could do to spruce up the home, make it show better, etc. Overall, she was very great to work with!
Buying and selling a house is a difficult process I know cuz I tried doing it on my own when I first tried selling my house with all the calls I got from everybody I was confused stressed and worried being taken advantage of but then I got a call from Jennifer Janet asking to show my house to a potential buyer working with her was so easy and stress-free she is polite experienced helpful and patient working with her was such a pleasure that I went back to her to try to buy another house
