In 2009, Coldwell Banker Professional Associates relocated to our new office, located at 5 Kiefner Street, on the corner of Kiefner and Saint Joseph.

Jennifer informed me of what tondo to get the highest and quickest offer. I had renters in the house which made it very hard to show and sell, so Jennifer suggested we place a sign in the yard to advertise it was on the market but not show it until the renters vacated the property. This strategy worked flawlessly, as my property sold within 1 week after it was released into the MLS, and shown on the open market. Great, Great Experience.
