Naasa is the kind of realtor you would go back to again and again! In fact, many of the references we spoke to, did exactly that! I recently sold my home of 23 years to relocate. In working with Naasa, I had a buyer in approximately 10 days. I found Naasa to be an expert in navigating the rather long and arduous process of dealing with the buyer and the buyer's bank and lawyer. Her local knowledge and expertise were invaluable. I have never endorsed someone as much as I do Naasa Sherbeini. She helped secure our first house with proper insight and guidance (she advised us not to buy other houses we were looking at). Naasa is extremely knowledgeable about location and takes great deal of time in understanding your needs. In 2009 I bought my first home in Scotch Plains. She helped me to guide through different aspects of location to make sure that I was comfortable with the my decision. Her in depth market knowledge also helped us in negotiating the final offer. She works as a Real Estate partner and not an agent which creates a sense of trust. I would highly recommend Naasa.
