Since I do not live in the area I leaned on him a lot to get a market analysis completed, getting things done prior to the listing , giving updates on the progress while it was on the market and during the sale of the property. Audra was knowledgeable, proactive, attentive to details and followup, always answered emails and text messages in a timely fashion, shared vendor for cleanout of my Dad’s house which was ginormous, from inside to out, top to basement! which reduced pressure for me. Daniel is the best! He was patient with my fiancé and I as we narrowed down what was most important to us. He referred me to two different lenders to work with. He made time at all parts of the day and night to be there in the process of viewings, inspections, and followed up promptly with any questions or concerns.
