We have been working with Naasa for many years, too many to count. We were initially casual shoppers looking for just the right house in Westfield for our 2nd home as we already owned a home in town. She really got to understand what exactly we were looking for, maybe even before we knew it ourselves. Naasa takes the time to get to know her clients and develops a personal relationship with them. She is patient, understanding and always there for support. She has excellent knowledge of the local market and provides good advice on everything from staging to referrals for professional repairs. Naasa is also excellent in her follow-up, never missing an opportunity to find a motivated buyer or to make the selling process go smoothly. It was a pleasure to work with her.

We recently bought and sold our home with Naasa. Buying and selling is never a pleasurable experience, but with Naasa'a local market knowledge of pricing, staging, and negotiating, we are so happy of the end result. The market over the summer was brisk, we were able to obtain offers at our asking price and one well exceeding our asking price. We sold and bought a house with Naasa. The search was 3 year long but she never rushed and gave us honest opinions on houses we were interested. She looked over every aspect of the process from the start to finish and treated them like she was buying and selling her own homes.
