We were looking for a home in Westfield in 2011 but that wasn't working out so she helped us investigate other nearby towns that we were unfamiliar with as we were not local. I have seen Naasa for a few years when she helped two of my friends find a home in Westfield. So when I decided to buy my first home there was no doubt in my mind but to contact Naasa. She provided excellent guidance and understanding of the market and to my needs and took time to work with me to determine what would be a good fit. My husband and I used Naasa for the purchase of our first home in Westfield. She was professional, knowledgeable and excellent with negotiations, especially when things with the sellers got tough.. Fast forward 5 years later- we used her again for the sale of our home and purchase of a new one. She worked hard to ensure that our house was staged and marketed which resulted in multiple offers and being under contract within 10 days! Naasa did excellent job to help us sell the house in Westfield. She knows the Westfield area very well. She provided us with professional advices on market pricing, staging etc before listing the house. We were very frustrated when the first offer's buyers decided to quit due to their own problem. Naasa guided us through and quickly re-listed our house. In two weeks we got another offer and this one went through after Naasa worked hard on negotiation for us. Thanks so much Naasa!
