Be very careful when dealing with the people at coldwell. They lie on there listing and lie on the closing documents. We bought a property that was on flood plans and the closing documents lied and said there was not. The DNR has is listed at wetlands for several decades. Lori is impossible to work with. She set up a closing and then was a no show. She won't return phone calls and when she actually did email back she gave me the wrong information on a lot we asked nothing about.
