very proactive; on top of everything. Daniel was the force behind our closing and was on top of every detail to insure a smooth closing. This was an extremely difficult sale with two owners of 50% each of the property, Daniel coordinated with all relevant parties and listed and sold the house in lees than one month.

He was even able to go out of Sonoma County when the property I decided on was a little farther away than originally planned.
