Daniel was great to work with on all fronts. Especially during the challenges we faced a few months into the pandemic. His knowledge of the neighborhood and comparable properties was very helpful, and when it came time to make an offer on my eventual property, we strategized together to make sure our offer was the right one. As a first time homebuyer, I was inexperienced and nervous through the process, but Daniel's confidence and wisdom were able to offset those feelings and land me the house I now call home.

Daniel is the best! He was patient with my fiancé and I as we narrowed down what was most important to us. He referred me to two different lenders to work with. He made time at all parts of the day and night to be there in the process of viewings, inspections, and followed up promptly with any questions or concerns.
