They don’t return your deposit. And Beverly the one that’s in charge of the rental properties, likes to give you the run around saying she sent it then says she will resend it then says, she will call, then says she will re write another check Nd resend it etc etc etc etc. And guess what still nothing. Law suit it is... every phone call is recorded where she just bullshits around....
