We recently bought a home and we are so glad to have had Marian as our agent. Marian found our condo for us at 26 Villa Villar Ct. Deland, Fl. We were in desperate need bc we needed to move quickly. She negotiated the purchase and closing for us at warp speed! (1 week!) Mike and I were looking for a home in the port orange area a year ago. We did not have a Realtor and decided to walk into Coldwell Banker in the pavilion. Sheri was at the front desk. I am so grateful that I happened to call Marian. She knew just what I was looking for, since my budget was limited. I have not found that with other agents. We looked at one property that needed too much work, but she found another unit in the same complex that I really loved. Then, she helped me to negotiate the selling price because of needed upgrades.
