We used Marian in 2 transactions, first to sell our condo at the highest price in our neighborhood and then to buy our new condo, which she got us a great deal for! She did so well Working with a timeline and a budget. Super respectful and extremely sweet. Her kind personality and knowledge made this process less stressful! She was able to move our property when others could not and would not... Gave no excuses and was a GREAT help given that we did not live in the area while the home was on the market. and simply gave excuses... Stayed in touch and informed through the entire process from Listing to Sale !!!
