Very knowledgeable of the area market. Excellent proactive realtor, with great negotiation skills. From listing on Friday, open house on Saturday, to receiving 2 bids on Monday. She then negotiating for the best possible amount. Had another realtor look at our home before listing with Christy, he wanted to list the property for $20,000 less then what Christy got for us. Marian is a miracle worker! We only had two months to sell our house and she did it!
