Reviewed a tricky situation between myself and a roommate in terms of our living AND financial situation, and sold our house in an expedient manner. He communicated throughout the process and not only was very pro-active, but responsive to our needs. He explained the paperwork very thoroughly, in layman terms, so that we didn't stress unnecessarily. After meeting several real estate agents during this process (and before!) I can honestly say he's the best of the lot by a very wide margin.

Mr. Coker was the listing agent on a house I purchased in November of 2011. I worked directly with him over the phone and via email. I never met him in person. It was a short sale, and was more complicated than usual since I live in Oregon and the house I bought was in California. The process from first offer to close took almost four months. During this time Mr. Coker gave me very good advice, which I believe helped me to purchase this property with a minimum of stress and delay.
