Clay was upfront and honest and we felt very comfortable trusting him with the sale of our home. We immediately had walkthroughs schedules and offers in a few days. He walked us through everything. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

Clay was great to deal with. He is a really nice guy and very knowledgeable and thorough. Actually, we had several offers on our house within days of the house being ready to be on the market and closed the deal in under a month. Clay was on top of everything! I'm so glad we went with him. I would highly recommend him. :)

We have worked with Clay Coker to sell two different homes for us and purchase one. We first worked with Clay back in 2004 and because he was so great to work with; knowledgeable, responsive and professional, we used him again in 2017. Both times the houses sold "very" quickly and with no hiccups, everything went very smoothly. Clay coached us as home owners regarding staging the home for a sale, etc. I would recommend Clay without hesitation.

I met Clay when I was looking to buy my first house. I explained my situation and he started to work right away to help me. My experience working with Clay was better than what I had hoped for. I called him back when the time came to sell my house and he responded immediately. More than being excellent and knowledgeable in the real estate business, he is a most wonderful human being. I felt very blessed to have met him.

Clay was awesome! He was always available, got back to us quickly and was pleasant to work with. To an outsider, being a real-estate agent seems straight forward...you post the obvious pictures and home stats but what happens when things don't go as planned due to the other party? My husband and I needed to move from Murrieta to Temecula, but our current home sale was contingent on buying our new home. Clay was amazing!
