super friendly staff, easy to book an appointment. had an issue with my insurance, and they handled it for me. they suggest lens options without pushing anything, just solid advice.
i have probably written 5 reviews in my life, but when customer service is as good as it is here, i am left with no choice. all people i have worked with have been great! they are very knowledgeable and seem to enjoy his job, which is always refreshing.
The staff and doctors are all friendly, well informed, and very accommodating. They have a great selection of frames on site and are more than happy to help you find the best.
