An affordable pathway to improved mental health
I’ve had a great experience with this clinic so far. Sadie has been especially kind and helpful! She’s always responsive and consistently goes above and beyond whenever I reach out to Cognito with concerns. While I’ve had a few minor issues, nothing has been too significant, and the level of support makes it well worth the cost. The monthly fees are also much more manageable than paying per session, and overall, I find this to be a great clinic. I’m not sure if I’ve shared my experience with Cognito On Google before, but in the last few months I’ve Had to lean on them, hugely for support transitioning back to work after pretty much having a breakdown after losing my mom and other family members in a short period of time. Everybody has been amazing and This is on top of the already excellence support I was receiving for my ADHD . I recommend the team to everyone I know that is in need of support!
I’ve been attending Cognito’s CBT for four months with Danial Misajedin’s guidance. Focused on my specific goals, he makes the process most efficient yet consistent with attention to my strengths and challenges, and is supportive throughout. Danial’s professionalism in CBT care alone merits more than 5 stars. Seline is awesome! Portal is easy to navigate and has plenty of resources available in addition to appointments with doctors and therapists.
