The service desk ladies were cordial and helpful. They were able to guide me to C. Tebbe(?) as my point of contact for my vehicle assessment. Very knowledgeable and personable. Explained the issues in term I could understand and gave me important information concerning emergent issues versus those I had some wiggle room with. Honest and upfront. I also used the early morning shuttle service and was treated kindly and given options for return pick-up. Thank you for your time and service.
