Excellent service. Brittany is my service Rep. She is excellent and always very nice to deal with. they tell you what needs to be done to your car. You as the owner decide what to have done. They do not pressure you at all.
We explained our situation, and they were very understanding and courteous of our time. This was the quickest and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had, and we had the whole rest of the afternoon to get back to our weekend when we had anticipated a whole day ordeal. My experience has been that time to service is shorten than stated by the service desk technician. My only feedback for improvement is to double check the mileage on the service ticket twice it has been incorrect. One it was 900 miles less than the previous ticket written on the car when it was serviced two weeks earlier.
