We’ve had my mom’s car serviced there three times and every time we’ve gone, they said the car washing system was down. We asked if we could at least have it vacuumed and the lady helping us acted like we personally asked her to do it. Also the man checking us in, rushed us. We still had to get our bags and the baby in the car seat. Customer service could be better.
