Recommendedlet's go with the pros: I have been going there for a long time. They have fixed my truck and I have not had any mechanical issues. The mechanics are doing well. cons: Having to deal with the service reps. In the last few visits I had to call to check to see if my truck was done. Thus time I decided not to call first. I never received any emails or texts of the recommendations, no phone call to check... I finally received a call at 6:30ish pm asking if I received any of the sent info. my answer was no and he "resent" the inf... read more
