I've been going to Coggin Toyota for 15 years and I've noticed a big decline in the level of service in the past year. They now try to use scare tactics to push you to get "recommended" service which isn't needed. Most of the staff is new and they don't seem to care about the customer. Will be going somewhere else for service.
