Does not deliver what is promised and inappropriately charges credit card. Going through dispute process to obtain a refund on a deposit on a new car purchase that was never delivered

Very nice people Easy to work with
I have had a terrible experience every visit this year. Took my sons car in to see what was going on with the lights all on the dash...ended up being sensors. When I got it back the tire sensor light was still on and asked them to reset. They took it back to check and wrecked the truck. Left for two more weeks. Then I just took my FJ Cruiser in because ABS lights were on...the car drove fine and everything else was working. Got it back after 4 days and 4K Bill. Left dealership and now my AC is not working.
