Better service and scheduling. “Service Advisors” are nothing more than monkeys sitting inside. They do not know or understand advising, cars, maintenance or service. A child could just as easily print out the forms and point to where to sign. Why bother with estimates and scheduling if you will not do the requested services anyway?

I purchased a certified vehicle from here and the dvd remote did not come with my vehicle. they expect me to pay $250 to replace it even though it is certified and we bought the electronics extended warranty with it. the dvd player will not play without the remote. I'm very disappointed about this and everyone i have spoken to has not been friendly about it. will not recommend to my friends and family to purchase here.
