We had a wonderful experience with Michael Ottey!! He made us feel welcome and very comfortable! We came in to get our 2008 tundra looked at only to find out we needed over $7000 in repair! We were devastated! Michael came along and showed us a few trucks and I fell in love with a 2018 Tacoma!! All decked out and he made sure we rode off the lot with that amazing vehicle! Would b nice to say I had a great experience but that is not going to happen. Got a car in January me and my husband got approved drove off no problems.. two days later we get a call were not approved many many phone calls and back and forth later we got an approval but not until we threatened to bring the car back. When we signed the 1st time I got numerous copies of EVERYTHING the 2nd time we signed it's like pulling teeth to get OUR copies, when they finally did send it they sent one copy yes just one out of everything we... read more
We went in to Coggin Toyota at The Avenues to look at the RAV4’s that we were interested in and left with a new 2018 Toyota RAV4. Everyone was very friendly and our sales associate, Tom Meehan, took his time to help us find the perfect car for us. Took along time for me to admit that they took advantage of me in 2012, they actually switched the car I purchased to anther VIN ##,, salesman Nick Daris and the General Manager were both contacted, they did not even give a sh__! I purchased 2 new cars within 2 weeks.This was in their old location. I have the proof, they did not even care, I will never buy there again.
First visit, they got what I want want and worked out the $$$ with my restriction. They were very helpful. Walk out there with truck i want and stayed within my $$$ range! Awesome service by Philip Martin! Even showed/tour the different features of the truck and showed me how it works!
