I'm happy with the car, with the financing, and with most aspects. I must say, however, that Emanuel was one of the most misogynistic, insulting salesmen I have ever had to work with. I came in to buy a newer model of the same care I've been driving for the past 5 years. The newer model had some features that my old one didn't -\-\ like heated seats. I’ve purchased 5 Toyota’s from Coggin Toyota. I had 1 issue with a coating and they took the truck back without question and gave me another. And they brought it to my house!! Why would I go anywhere else? Talk to Esmond and he’ll take care of you.
Jim Miller has now sold me 2 vehicles. I won't go anywhere else. For me, purchasing a vehicle is extremely stressful. But when I have Jim helping me, I know I am in good hands and will get the best deal. I was looking for a big enough truck for my family and was needing a miracle. Wonderful experience at the dealership! Our sales person Fred listened to what we wanted then found me the perfect car. From there I had to do very little negotiates to get the pricing I wanted and I walked out the door same day with my new car! I highly recommend visiting this dealership when looking for a new car and affordable and fair pricing.
