Fred Shiroka was very pleasant to deal with and definitely took the pain out of a typical car buying experience. He was honest and straight forward. Didn’t push to put me in a vehicle I didn’t want or couldn’t afford. There was no pressure at all. Will definitely come back to him!

By far the worst customer service experience I’ve had in any industry. I came to coggin at the avenue and was immediately swarmed upon by many different salesman. I knew exactly what I was looking for and spelled it out very clearly. I was then told that they didn’t have that vehicle on the lot even though I had just looked at it. I had to walk the salesman through the database to pull up the truck to finally get the ball rolling. Every step of the process was painstaking, from sales to management involvement and title.
