In and out in just over an hour which is so impressive with a waiting room so full. This was my second service and the way the Assistant Service Manager, Amanda, ran the show was fantastic. She knew who was waiting on what car, and where they were waiting. She had her eye on everything. She made calls for me regarding my coverage and really took Level 10 customer service care of me today. I’m grateful and thankful she was in charge of my appointment this morning!
