As someone who loathes the idea of car shopping, I was pleasantly surprised at how laid back and transparent the people at Coggin were regarding their prices/vehicles. We worked with Shane, who is new to Toyota. But he was no pressure, knowledgeable, and willing to get answers when he may not have had them himself. I was pleasantly surprised at getting into a brand new Highlander for a similar price point as used models we had looked at there and elsewhere. Just bought my first Toyota. My experience from the past 10 years was Lexus. Coggin was great all around. Emmanuel, Dan from Sales, Danny from Finance, and most of all Greg A. (Sales Manager). Process was very straight forward, no BS. Love my car and look forward to doing business with them going forward.
