Kimberly Jones did such a good job on taking care of us. We needed the 4Runner serviced and the tire pressure light was on. No nitrogen at the house so called Cogging Toyota at the Avenues and Chelsea made us an appointment with Kimberly Jones to get it taken care of. I even got to see a great salesman while there, Jim Miller. No I didn’t buy another car but if I were going to do so Jim Miller would be my go to sales person. GREAT job Kimberly Jones. For how busy it was on a Saturday. I was out at a reasonable time for my service. Everyone was nice. Made sure I was aware of everything going on. I couldn’t have been a better time up there
I went to KBB site to find out SUV best price . KBB send the info I need to 4 dealership . Only Chris from Coggin Toyota responded with SUV cars with price. This was the first time I went to a Toyota dealership & 2 hrs later I went home with a new Highlander . Chris is super worker !
