This is a very responsive dealership. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.
They greet you when you arrive. Their lounge is awesome! The service person assigned to me, Ben, is very nice, mannerly, and explained all they were gonna do, and what they did when finished! In and out within an hour, 15 minutes!
I had my Toyota in for service at Coggin. Several hours later I get a call on my cellphone from a Coggin salesman. He wanted to sell me a new car. It was surprising that the sales department had access to my private information and my cell phone number. I spoke with the sales manager when I picked up my vehicle. I told him it might be a better practice for Coggin to ask a service customer when they drop their vehicle off if they would be interested in speaking with a salesman about purchasing a new or used vehicle.
