We had a fanatic experience! Everyone was very nice and helpful. No rushed feeling.
Not pushy, informative, and courteous
Went in with brake squealing and thought I needed new front pads. Ashley let me know the front brake pads were fine. Back breaks are a few months old and she explained that, if the Toyota dealer in Virginia did not remove the pad coating, it could cause the squealing. That should correct itself over time if that is the issue. The awesome thing is they did all this and did not charge me for the time. I will definitely have them do all my work going forward.
Just bought a car from Jim Miller. He was great. Knowledgeable, understanding, genuinely a nice guy. I left feeling good and happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend Jim at Coggin!
Ron was so helpful with my first visit to Coggin Toyota. He walked with me to show me where to sign up for the shuttle. He took the time to explain each item listed that was recommended for my next visit and the importance of each item. Thankful for my Toyota and for Ron.
