RecommendedI highly recommend COGGINS TOYOTA. Not only is TOYOTA a great company, Coggins is a wonderful representative for them. It’s service area is highly sensitive to its patrons quick-paced schedules & offers a wide range of possible repairs w/its importance. I love my service rep, Ashley Reynolds (a former N.E.), who totally understands all car aspects. 👍
Overall my experience was good. When I first got there Ruben wasn’t there. I scheduled my appointment ahead but I had to ask to be placed with someone who was available rather than wait in line. My Service advisor Hannah was friendly, efficient and helpful. She really turned my initially annoying experience around and I will select her as my service advisor in the future.
