Worst service department ever! Took sons truck in for recall repairs and was told there are no parts released from Ford (told this twice) contacted Ford Motor Company and was told parts have been available for months! Apparently customer safety isn't this dealerships priority!
Horrible body shop! My car has been there nearly 2 months. Estimate was 3 weeks. No courtesy calls for updates. Was lied to when I called for updates. Manager dropped the ball and didn't order supplementary parts til last week! I rate the body shop zero!
Bought my 2013 5.0 GT convertible at Coggin Deland. It was a great experience. Recently went in for a oil change and ended up trading in the wife's truck for a 2016 Fusion SE on a great deal. Told the in laws and within a few days they came home with a new Flex! All this because of an oil change! LOL Thank you for the great service folks!
Amazing place! On vacation, over 20 hours from home and our truck starts making noises. We immediately pull in and as Coggin Ford to check something for us. Not only do the check it, but they do a major repair asap and we have the truck back the following day and are back on vacation! Thanks so much!! Have no idea what we would have done had they turned us away.
We had a great experience and flawless ordering process thanks to Larry and Kevin. The wait for our order to come in was worth it. They always greet you with a smile and friendly word. I would also like to thank Jeff in quick lane who always takes care of the customer.
Wow, what a terrible experience at #coggindelandford in the last 46 hours. Sales managers Adrian and Robert pressured me into buying new 2014 Ford Explorer while laying about 2013 exact edition in their Jax dealership being "just" sold. So now they are giving me a runaround so that my 72 hours window expires.
