Probably one of the best dealerships I've been to... Don is the man to go too and Adrian is a real down-to-earth general sales manager awesome guy to work with.
I have not had a pleasant experience with the body shop. They tell you they will call you then not. You should not tell customers you will contact them in a couple of days and then make me have to call you 2 weeks later. Most customer's, such as myself, will not care if you need the extra time to get stuff done, just set the right expectations. This has happened to be now for the 3rd time, and I am over it. Wish I could do a negative star. Never take your car for service!! Every time (3 different times) I have gone for service it turns into several returns due to the damage the techs cause while "fixing" a problem. I expect my car to be returned to me in the same condition not stained or with damaged interior.
I went to Coggin DeLand Lincoln with a friend of mine to buy a truck went on Tuesday afternoon looked at the truck at a set price of $24,444 ask them how long the price was good for they said till the end of the month which was 3 days left in the month came back on a Thursday and they said that the price was only good for the day that we first looked at it then they wanted $1,100 more and would not honor the price of the contract we had set on Tuesday we even had a picture of the original contract on our phone sales manager ... read more
The sales manager ken is a jerk and my car is under warranty and i have waited three weeks to get a call back from the body shop. Coggin is a terrible buisness.
Don't leave your car in the body shop.... Here I sit for almost an hour while I wait for the detail guy who went home with my car keys. They called him and he was "around the corner and turning around" 30 minutes later they call him again and he didn't turn around because he didn't think returning with my keys was a priority. Incompetence..... No apologies.
I’ve had only one experience just recently with the Service Department here and it was awful. There were some complications with my service and the person I spoke to was quite rude and condescending. I’m no expert, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to have an expectation that when I’m spoken to about my vehicle, I’m not treated as if I’m wasting their time asking stupid questions or that I’m too stupid to understand their explanation. Coggin DeLand Ford has recently made drastic adjustments in management and customer service tactics. The new manager, Ken Sidana, has worked incredibly hard to rebuild this dealership name and credibility. I would personally recommend Coggin DeLand Ford to my friends and family.
