Had an appt for a tranny recall fix. Emailed them very specific info. Called them, went over it. Showed up, sorry not sure what we fan do for you, our transmission guy is out till tuesday.
My experience was top notch, Service writer Steve was great & my mechanic, Matt knows his stuff, will aways use this Ford dealer ♡♡♡

I cannot believe the way this dealership treats veterans. They took advantage of a young female soldier who never bought a car before and was in dire need of transportation to get to and from her military assignment. This dealer sold her a car with a blue book value of $2800 with much cosmetic damage up both sides of the car for $9000. This is not good business and I would never recommend anyone buy a car from this place. If I could give NO stars, I would.
They sold a car out from under us even with a deposit! No care in the world about hurting a boy who found his first car!! Dirty business no business at any coggin for us my boys heart is broken. We asked for one more day to finalize our finances we had the money
Jennifer and the GM were amazing! My 19 yr old bought his first car there last night. The GM sat my son down and explained EVERYTHING in laymen's terms... How to start building his own credit, GAP insurance, etc. They bent over backwards to make my son's dream come true. At the end of the day, it did!
I love the people at Coggin. Everyone that I have had the pleasure of dealing with has been professional, helpful, and always pleasant. I don't even consider going anywhere else for a car and maintenance or repairs. They are the best!!
Always a great experience at this dealership Paul and Larry make things easy...I don't know why I even bother pricing out other dealerships when these guys get it done.
