This is my second car from coggin Honda and they are great. Service department is wonderful and does a great job.

I had my 15 CRV in for a recall, discovered a tire problem, completed the recall. fixed the tire, and washed the car.. Everyone was super to deal with. Thanks to Service Writer Steve M. Barry Lombard

I recently took my 2016 Honda Accord in for servicing and my experience was great! Rafael Salcedo took great care of me, and he even washed my car without my asking him. The service was also expeditious, and we were able to sit in the lounge while waiting on the car. The wait was approximately 45 mins which was the quickest service I'd ever received in terms of an oil change and the works. Good job, Coggin Honda of Fort Pierce ���

I have always been pleased with the service at Coggin, until I had my car in for warranty work on my paint . I turned my car in on Monday evening and as told it would take three days. On Friday no one had called me ,so I spoke to your paint department and was informed they had no record of my car. I decided I would deal with the dealership on Monday after the holiday. On Monday I sent a message to my service advisor, who called me back to say my car was ready. It seems my car was sent to another paint shop. The paint job is ... read more

Don't take your car here to get service done. They have the worst customer service manager ever but I guess that's how Honda wants to be known now. They don't do the work that they say they do. I showed the service order they gave me, to another Honda service center and they told me that they never heard of what theses guys worked on and when I went back to talk to the service manager of this place to find out what's going on, he ended up being rudest person on earth, I asked him to show me what they had done to my car and h... read more

Was able to make an appointment within one day no waiting. The staff was professional and friendly. Answered all my question before serving my Accord. Very surprised that I really didn't have to wait long at all. The facility was clean and having wifi made all the difference. If you are looking to take your Honda to a dealer look no more you won't be disappointed

With no appointment, took my car in and serviced it for warranty on tires. Rafael polite and to the point; Didn’t try to up-sell services and gave full explanation of what was/was not needed, etc; polite staff, clean waiting area and restroom; free coffee and snacks, tv and newspapers and other reading material-overall: a pleasant experience.
