My first new car was very good experience because of the great sale staff at Coggin Honda. I purchased a CRV That the wife and I just love. Todd our salesman explaned all bells and whistles and there are lot of them. It is learning experience just get to just to know what comes on a Honda. The salesman will take the time to make sure you know what you just brought. Thanks Coggin for all the help and taking out the stress of buying a new car.
My service advisor Andrew was excellent as was the mechanic who worked on my card, I highly recommend the service department, very professional and kept you informed at all times.

They are not pushy at all to sell, I didn't feel like I was being pressured. They really helped to get the payment I needed to be at, and didn't try to up sell anything. They were courteous of my budget, and u like a lot of other dealerships I visited, didn't try and push me into something above my budget. Overall a great experience. I also visited their service center (had a flat on day 5 of ownership) and even tough the tires are not covered under my warrantee, they still helped me out and fixed it. I was not too pleased with the service I received. It was my first scheduled service on the service contract I purchased. There was a large, deep scratch on the front drivers side which extended to the headlight when I picked up the car. The courtesy car wash does not entail anything on the interior. Which is really sad, because they "owed" me detail when they sold me a car that was not already detailed.
